Q1:How do I purchase your goods?
A1:Please send your order requirement to our mail box helen@decor-up.com, we will ask our sales to contact you.

Q2:What is the payment term ?
A2:T/T or LC at sight or Paypal or Western Union and so on.

Q3:How long is the lead time? 
A3: 10-15 days for 1x20GP or 1x40HQ.

Q4:How can I get a sample from you?
A4: For 1 or 2 samples, we can send out within 3 days, buyer will have to cover the sample and delivery cost at first, once buyer places order to us, we agree to deduct the sample cost (not delivery cost) from total value. The delivery way will be by air, or if you have container leaving from China, we may send the samples to the loading place.

Q5:Can you accept to print our own brand name or LOGO on color label or outer carton?
A5:Yes, welcome OEM.
 
Q6:What is the package?
A6:1 full set in 1 carton. Or knock-down packing or Customer-specified.

Q7:Can I only order awning brackets or aluminum fixing bar or PC sheet?
A7:Yes, you can. No problem.
 

Q8:How to install the products?
A8: Our awning products are 100% DIY installation. It is easy and simple to install according to instruction paper.
